Booking & Appointments
A card on file is required to book, but no deposit is necessary. Your card will only be charged for late cancellations or no-shows (see below).
Late Arrivals: You have a 20-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled, and the no-show fee applies. If you arrive within 20 minutes, your appointment will be shortened to fit the remaining time but will still be charged in full.
New clients must fill out a consultation and waiver form before their first appointment
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.
No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and will not be able to book again.
Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is completely free!
Payments & Refunds
I accept cash, card, and digital payments (Zelle, ApplePay).
All services are final. If you have concerns, contact me within 48 hours for a possible complimentary touch-up—no refunds.
Chargebacks without prior communication will result in a permanent booking ban
Studio Etiquette
For a calm and focused environment, no extra guests or children are allowed.
Silence your phone during the appointment to allow for precision work.
If you are sick, experiencing eye irritation, or have contagious symptoms, please contact me to reschedule anytime at no fee. Coming into the studio with obvious symptoms will result in cancellation and charge for full cost of service. I understand allergies are commin in Las Vegas and expirence them mysellf; please use your best judgment. Misuse of sick policy will result in cancellation fees or booking bans.
Be honest about previous lash work—if your current extensions are not properly applied, a removal may be required before I can proceed.
